We've posted preliminary details about the Orlando Christmas parade. They have a new website, but a majority of the tabs still say "under construction." Here is what we know:
The parade is held Saturday Nov. 25 in Downtown Orlando, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m.
This 87-unit parade that has become the largest nationally televised holiday parade in the southeast, according to organizers.
This year's parade includes 1,500 marching band participants, a 2-day poinsettia festival, a Jingle Bell Dog Jog, and a one-hour television special called "Santa Salutes the Stars."
The new Poinsettia Festival coincides with the parade, on Nov. 25 and 26, from 1 to 5:30 p.m. in Lake Eola Park and Amphitheatre.
